Since we declared a Climate Emergency in 2019, we have produced a Council Climate Strategy and Climate Change Action Plan to help us achieve our vision to become a carbon neutral council by 2040, working within a low carbon economy and lifestyle. This will be reflected in our travel, homes, businesses, visitor experiences and communities.
