14. Enforcement
What we will do
If contraventions are not resolved, we may take enforcement action against you and may also seek to prosecute you.
What we will not do
We will not take enforcement action without first giving all parties ample opportunities to address our concerns and carry out remedial works.
What you will need to do (including a builder, architect or agent acting for you)
If enforcement issues are raised, you should address them as an absolute priority, in a timely manner, as agreed with Building Control.
Timescale
You should address any issues raised as soon as possible.
Fees
You could be subject to an unlimited fine.
