6. Amended plans submitted post-decision
What we will do
Minor changes can be made to an application for Building Control with Full Plans, where these comply and do not change the proposal.
We will review any plans and let you know if they are acceptable as a minor change or whether a new application is needed.
What we will not do
No formal decision notice will be provided for any amended plans. We will, however, add any amended plans to our file for information purposes only.
What you will need to do (including a builder, architect or agent acting for you)
Any amended plans or required supplementary information should be provided in advance of the works being carried out on site and paying regard to the program of works in order to provide us with sufficient information to inspect the works and determine compliance with the building regulations.
Fees
Extra charges may be applied, calculated using our hourly rate.
