15. CIL Annual Reports and Public Access Module
District Council Annual Infrastructure Funding Statements
To make sure that the levy is open and transparent, charging authorities (the Council) must prepare short reports on the levy that give information for the previous financial year. The reports must be placed on the website by 31 December each year.
These reports will set out how much revenue from the levy has been received, what it has been spent on and how much is left:

East Devon Developer Contributions Public Access Module
The CIL and Section 106 monitoring teams use a software called 'Exacom' to monitor planning obligations throughout the district. A public access version of this software is accessible below:
From here you can view the developer contributions both financial and non-financial in relation to the specific development proposals that they relate to but also collectively by contribution type (CIL or Section 106), ward, parish or town. By using the tabs and search fields you can filter these options and view the status of contributions. All enquirers seeking information about planning obligations should view the data through this module, although please note that the data is constantly being updated and so the results of your enquiry will change over time.

Parish & Town Council CIL Reports
Parish and Town Councils must also provide an annual report of their neighbourhood receipts and expenditure (please note that not every parish/town has received a neighbourhood proportion and as such are not listed).
