InformationStage 4 - Statutory consultation and submitting the plan

Once you have produced your plan it will need to be subject to 6 weeks consultation and then be ‘submitted’ along with its supporting documents, to the district council who will carry out a further 6 weeks statutory consultation.  This section explains the process and exactly what you need to submit.  It also explains what happens at Examination and referendum, although these stages are organised and paid for by the district council.
