- Be an authorised representative, such as the Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, or Chief Officer/Lead of the group and be acting in an official capacity on behalf of the organisation and not in a personal capacity.
- Be able to deliver the project and spend all funding within 12 months of receiving the grant.
- Have any relevant permissions in place to carry out the project for all relevant organisations, for example planning, building control etc.
- Be willing and able to agree to and sign a legal grant agreement which will include relevant terms and conditions for the funding.
Carbon reduction initiatives and support for local businesses are not available from this grant scheme, as other funding schemes are currently available. Should EDDC cease to offer separate Carbon Reduction grant funding we will look to widen the scope of this scheme.
