Report a missed collection

Please be careful to select the correct option.

Recycling is in your recycling box, recycling sack and food caddy.

Refuse is in your black wheelie bin.

Before you report a missed collection please wait until 5pm because the collection crew may still be out working.

Also check:

• your containers were out on the right day
• your containers were out by 6am
• your containers were out in the correct place
• the correct waste was in the containers

We will try to return within 48 hours to collect any missed containers.
