Green Waste Quality Checks

What can I place in my green bin?

We will collect:
• Grass cuttings
• Flowers
• Small tree branches (Up to 10cms thick)
• Loose leaves
• Shrub and hedge trimmings

We will not collect:
• Large branches (Over 10cm thick)
• Turf
• Earth, soil, stones, gravel etc.
• Pet bedding
• Food including fruit or vegetables
• Plant pots
• Plant labels/markers and other plastic items

Green waste bins must never be used for household refuse or recycling.
