These are the large items that East Devon can collect: 

• Barbecues

• Bed frame/bases (each base is one item)

• Bedside cabinets

• Bicycles (including ebikes)

• Blinds

• Bookcases

• Bureaus

• Cabinets

• Carpets/rugs

• Chairs

• Cots

• Computer equipment

• Cookers (except agas and rayburns)

• Desk/work stations

• Dishwashers

• Doors (internal and external maximum 2m x 1m)

• Drawers

• Exercise equipment

• Fence panels

• Fridges and freezers (empty) Domestic only. No more than 4. Note: Ammonia or Commercial fridges will NOT be picked up.

• Futons

• Garden furniture

• Garden sheds -  maximum 6x4ft (dismantled in complete panels)

• Ironing boards

• Kitchen cupboards/wall units (single)

• Lawnmowers (not ride on)

• Mattresses (no fouled mattresses and kept dry)

• Microwaves

• Play equipment (for example, a swing - must be dismantled)

• Radiators (no storage heaters)

• Sewing machines

• Small electrical goods (kettle, toaster, iron)

• Sofas (three-piece suite counts as three items)

• Suitcases

• Tables

• Televisions

• Trampoline (must be dismantled)

• Tumble dryers
