InformationCharges for changing your house name

We charge for "cosmetic" changes and "reworking" previously completed developments, as follows:

• £190 for renaming a single property
• £190 per address for rework to an existing named or numbered development.

Issues which do not fall into the two charging categories above, but which require a "cosmetic" change to a property address (or addresses), will be charged in multiples of £190.

We do not charge for registering an address for a new property.
