'Our Shared Coordinates' - a strategy for the sub region of East Devon, Mid Devon, Teignbridge, and Exeter

A Joint Strategy has been prepared for the area covered by East Devon, Teignbridge, Exeter and Mid Devon.

The Joint Strategy is a non-statutory document that reflects the ambitions and proposals of existing and emerging Local Plans for the four Councils. It covers a range of strategic planning matters and includes a high-level list of infrastructure matters that have cross-boundary significance for supporting the delivery of planned new homes, jobs, services, transport and other development.

The Joint Strategy will be used by the four Councils as a prospectus to help guide investment and funding across the sub-region, helping us deliver sustainable growth and achieve our ambition to position the area as one of the best places to live and work in the United Kingdom.
