Exmouth Beach, Beach Gardens and Esplanade
Exmouth’s boasts two miles of golden sandy beach available to book for special events all year round. Summer activities on the beach include top quality water sports such as windsurfing and kitesurfing, volleyball, fantastic routes for cycling and walking, and internationally-acclaimed nature reserves.
The beach and esplanade can be booked for large events including, sailing and surf lifesaving competitions, rugby and netball festivals.
The Strand
The Strand is located in the heart of Exmouth’s buzzing town and is surrounded by shops, cafes, bars and delicatessens. It hosts the popular annual markets, charity events, community events and much more.
Visitors can take advantage of the nearby pay and display car parks, bus routes and easy access whilst event organisers can make the most of the high footfall and buzzing atmosphere.
Please Note: A protected war memorial lies in the centre of the Strand, which must be taken into consideration when the space is used for an event, with at least 6ft of clearance left for any visitors.
Manor Gardens
Situated in the centre of Exmouth, Manor Gardens are a popular Victorian style gardens contained within a wrought iron fence, making it the perfect location for events that wish to either charge an entrance fee or close the space to the general public. Perfect for garden parties, picnic in the park events and charity events.
One of the biggest attractions to the park is the large bandstand, used for concerts, theatre performances and musical shows; this is available to hire all year round with the use of electricity and lights.
Queen's Drive Space
Queen’s Drive Space is a popular attraction on Exmouth seafront with something on offer for all ages. There is a Jurassic-themed free play area open from dawn to dusk through the year, and a chill out space offering the very best in high quality local food and drink from producers in the area.
The events space has played host to a whole series of different events and is It is ideal for music, theatre, open-air cinema and live screenings events.
Imperial Recreation Ground
Host to the extremely popular Circus and car shows, the Imperial Recreation Ground is a large green space, which is perfect sport and water sporting events, festivals, family days, fun fairs, and much more...
Situated just a short walk from the train station and beach, the Imperial Recreation Ground is one of our largest and most accessible event spaces in Exmouth. It overlooks the Exe Estuary and is perfectly located next to some of Exmouth largest Pay and Display Car Parks with two access points.
Phear Park
Located just a short distance from the town centre, Phear Park easily accessible to both walkers and drivers. Popular with dog owners and families alike, the area hosts a multitude of activities for all age ranges; including, a 9 hole pitch and put, a cafe, a play park, a skate park, tennis courts and a bowls club.
Featuring some of the oldest and largest trees in Exmouth, this unique park still has plenty to offer in terms of event space and has previously been host to many community, family and charity events.
The lower section of the park houses a pond and plenty of pedestrian access points, whilst those looking for parking can follow the long driveway through the park leading visitors to the free car park where the cafe and public toilets are also located.
