If a fault with using the RingGo service has caused you to lose money please use this online form to request a refund relating to East Devon District Council car parks only.
If you wish to report issues relating to on street parking please call Devon County Council on 0345 155 1004 in an emergency or visit their 'Report a problem' page.
To request a refund for a RingGo parking session you will need to provide evidence within this form, please see the 'what you need' section below for information on what evidence you will need.

Supporting evidence - A receipt from the RingGo app or a screenshot showing:
- Your vehicle registration
- Car park location
- Duration of session
- Start date and time
- Expiry date and time
- Session cost and payment method
This evidence will need to be uploaded within the form.
Your request will be processed by our Parking Services team and a refund will be issued should your request prove to be legitimate.
Our Parking Services team will contact you via email if they are having difficulties processing your request.
