InformationPermit Self Service - How to change your vehicle details

To change your vehicle details, please follow the steps below.

• Log into your parking portal Log in - ePermits Application 
• Your existing permit will show at the top of the screen – you may need to turn your screen to landscape if looking on a phone – and click on the View button which is blue and white
• Once the screen refreshes click on the ‘Change Vehicle Details’ tab and then enter the new vehicle registration number into the fields ‘Enter vehicle registration’ and ‘Confirm vehicle registration’
• Click on Get Cost and once the screen refreshes with a cost of £0.00 click on Apply to Change Vehicle
• If you click on Account Summary the new registration number on your permit should now be displayed at the top of the screen
