If you have already applied for a block street trading consent and traders details were not completed in full, please use this form to update the Licensing of any further traders.
Only complete this form if you have already submitted a block street trading application form.

Details for each trader including:
- Traders food hygiene rating
- Traders name and contact details including, telephone number, email address and home address
- Items being sold
Once traders details have been received, the Licensing officer will add them to your block street trading application.
You will be contacted if any further details are needed.
