My tenancy agreement

Your tenancy agreement is a legal contract between you and us. It sets out the terms and conditions for renting a home.

It includes important details such as:

  • Who the agreement is between (the landlord and the tenant)
  • The address of the property
  • How much rent needs to be paid, and when
  • How long the tenancy will last
  • What the tenant is responsible for, like keeping the property clean and not causing damage
  • What the landlord is responsible for, like making sure the property is safe and carrying out repairs

The agreement helps both sides understand their rights and responsibilities. Once it’s signed, it becomes a legal document that protects both you and us.
