I want to request an emergency repair

An emergency repair is when there is an immediate danger to your health, safety, or security. In these cases, we usually make the area safe first, then do the full repair later. 

During office hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm) call 01395 517458. 

Outside office hours call 0330 678 2382. 

Only real emergencies will be handled outside working hours. For all other repairs, please use our online form.
