I want to attend a community hub

We run 7 community hubs. We started these centres in winter 2022/23 to help people with the cost of living and everyday life. People liked them so much they asked us to keep them open!

What you’ll find at the centres

  • A friendly place to meet new people and chat with friends
  • Free home-cooked lunches
  • Hot drinks and snacks
  • Newspapers, magazines, and games
  • Weekly activities and workshops
  • Helpful information to take home

We want each centre to feel welcoming, so we’re happy to hear your ideas to make them even better.

Want to help out?

If you’d like to volunteer and help run a centre, we’d love to have you join our team! You can help make your centre a great place for everyone in your community.

Need help getting there?

We can help with transport if you need it. Call our project officer Lucinda Cliff on 07816 533803 or 01395 517453 or email tenantsandcommunities@eastdevon.gov.uk.
