I want to make a complaint

Stage 1 and 2 complaints

If we make a mistake, we’ll try to fix it as soon as we can. If you're not happy with our service, please speak to one of our teams first to see what can be done to put things right.

If you're still not happy, you can make a complaint. It's best to send your complaint in writing using our online form or by emailing:?complaints@eastdevon.gov.uk.  It is important that you give us the full background as this helps us understand the problem clearly. If you can’t do this, you can call us on 01404 515616 or write to:
EDDC, Blackdown House, Border Road, Honiton EX14 1EJ.

Please look at our complaints procedure for more information.
