I want to arrange a home visit

If we can’t help you over the phone and you can’t come to one of our offices, we can arrange to visit you at home. We’ll always make an appointment first and show you ID when we arrive. All our staff carry IDs and are happy to show this to you.

We’ll do our best to be on time, but we will let you know if we are running late. If we can’t make it, we’ll let you know. 

Please be cautious of bogus callers and scammers pretending to be EDDC workers or contractors.

If someone comes to your home saying they work for EDDC, but you weren’t expecting them, or you feel unsure, don’t let them in. Real EDDC staff will always carry ID and won’t mind if you want to check who they are. If you’re not sure, call our offices in Honiton or Exmouth. We’ll tell you if the visit is real and put your mind at rest.
