My rent and service charges

Most leaseholders pay?£10 ground rent each year, usually on?1 April. 

You may also have to pay a?service charge?every year. This depends on where you live and what services you get. We’ll send you a bill and a list showing what you’re paying for. 

Service charges may include: 

  • Safety checks for shared gas and electric systems
  • Repairs to the building 
  • Cleaning shared areas and looking after shared gardens 
  • Electricity for shared areas, lifts, and entry systems 
  • Gas for shared boilers 
  • Building insurance 
  • Admin costs for managing leasehold homes 

There might be other charges too.
