Tenant Satisfaction Measures

Every year, we ask tenants to tell us what they think about our service. 

The survey asks about important things like: 

  • Keeping homes in good condition 
  • Building safety 
  • Being respectful and helpful 
  • How we deal with complaints and anti-social behaviour 
  • Looking after neighbourhoods 

The Regulator of Social Housing wants all landlords to check how happy tenants are. This helps us see how we’re doing and compare with others. 

We will share the results with the Regulator and publish them on our website.
