Quarterly performance reports
Every three months, we write a report for our scrutiny committee, the Housing Review Board, to show how our housing service is performing.
We look at key indicators like rent collection levels, and the number of void homes and completed repairs. We track these over time to see where we’re improving and where we need to do better.
