You do not need to notify us if the device contains no water that is exposed to air and/or if the water or electricity supply to the device is not connected.
You may want to ask your service engineer if you are not sure if your device needs notification.

Applicants must provide the following information:
- name of person with control of the premises,
- address,
- telephone number,
- how many devices there are, and
- where on the premises they are located.
Details of the cooling tower are put on a public register which will be published on our website.
You must also tell us of any changes to the details, or if the devices are removed.
