Business Rates E-Billing

Go paperless. Have your Business Rates bill emailed.

Electronic billing - also known as paperless billing - is another way to receive your Business Rates bills. Instead of receiving a paper bill or letter in the post, you will be able to view it online.

Sign in or register for the Council’s online services and once your account has been activated, you will be able to select the electronic billing option.

You can choose:

1. E-Billing with PDF – When a bill or letter is sent, you receive an email with your bill or letter attached as a PDF document.

2.  E-Billing with URL – When a bill or letter is sent, you receive an email with a link to your online services account where you can log in and view your bill or letter.

Advantages of E-Billing:

  • Quick, safe and secure
  • Free to sign-up
  • You can view your bill or letter as soon as it’s available – we will email you to let you know when it’s been issued
  • You can manage your account 24 hours a day, seven days a week
