InformationDraft Housing Strategy
East Devon District Council (EDDC) prepared its 2025–2030 Housing Strategy. As part of the process, feedback was invited on what could be included in the strategy, and all consultation responses were carefully reviewed. Following this work, a draft of the strategy was created and shown this can be seen below.
The consultation was hosted on the Commonplace platform and closed at 4pm on 31 March. We welcomed additional comments and suggestions to help make the strategy as effective and comprehensive as possible. All feedback will be carefully considered before the final strategy is agreed.
