East Devon District Council recently sought to vary the existing Dog Control Public Spaces Protection Order for Kilmington Playing Field and Allhallows Playing Field, Honiton.
The original Orders, made in 2023, required several amendments to address specific issues identified since their implementation. To ensure these changes reflected the views of our communities, we conducted a public consultation to gather feedback and inform the proposed variations.
