Consultation on changes to how you access East Devon District Council Services at Exmouth Town Hall
We’re seeking your views on changes to how East Devon District Council (EDDC) services are accessed at Exmouth Town Hall. Residents can use a free phone linked to EDDC in a private contact hub during building opening hours, and face-to-face appointments remain available where needed.
Your feedback will help us understand what works well, if there are any challenges to accessing services, and what adjustments may be needed particularly for people who may be more affected by changes to face-to-face access. The consultation closes on 18 of June at 5pm.
