Located in East Devon, the Zone covers four sites and has a wide range of employment space options, working to fulfil the area's vision for clean growth. 

The Exeter and East Devon Enterprise Zone already benefits from a package of infrastructure investment, which includes a £12m upgrade to Junction 29 of the M5, a new £9m bypass linking the Airport to Skypark, new train station in the new town of Cranbrook, £4.5m road improvements at Exeter Airport's Long Lane and upgraded bus, cycling and walking links. Located on the doorstep of Exeter Airport, the Zone is within easy reach of major UK and European cities.

Benefits

The Zone itself provides a range of incentives to attract and support businesses that are setting up or growing including simplified planning procedures and infrastructure investment.

Additional business rates generated from within the Zone will be reinvested locally to further support economic growth.  This will help to improve the future success of the zone and the wider area and will be achieved through the local authorities and key stakeholders.

Who is here?

A range of businesses have already chosen to locate in the Zone including voco Zeal Exeter Science Park Hotel, Quanterra Systems, Cineon Immersive Training, DPD, LiveWest and the Ambulance Special Operations Centre.

The rapidly expanding Exeter Science Park hosts a wide variety of tech and innovation companies, as well as being home to state-of-the-art new laboratory facilities.
