You will need a plan, ideally to a scale of 1:500, showing the site with each individual building which is to be demolished outlined in red.
Please be aware that we can only accept files up to 10Mb each.
Once your application has been validated, we will aim to issue your notice as soon as possible.
Please note that you should not commence demolition unless we have issued you a notice under Section 81 or at least 6 weeks has passed from the date of submission.
