3. Budleigh Salterton
We only rent sites on Budleigh Salterton beach and you would have to buy and erect your own hut. There is no electricity here and water is supplied via a communal tap.
Once you have placed your name on the waiting list you may still have to wait approximately 8 - 10 years.
The standard season from from 1 April - 31 October - weather dependant.
Charges from 1 April 2026 - 31 October 2026
- Large site charge is £603.00 plus VAT (and Non Domestic Rates may apply)
- Small site charge is £524.00 plus VAT (and Non Domestic Rates may apply)
You can pay by Direct Debit, alternatively there are other ways to pay. Payment can be made in full or paid in 4 instalments on the 1st April, May, June and July each year.
2026 season
This year the season will run from 1st April to 30th October. Please do not use your hut before this date.
You will be able to erect your hut between 1st and 31st March 2026. Please avoid busy times and weekends.
The window to remove the beach huts is likely to be 6th October - 30th October 2026. Huts should be removed during this period as huts cannot be taken down during half term. All huts must be removed by 30th October.
The beach/esplanade must be left as it was found, any ruts or damage caused from erecting your hut must be made good immediately.
